Alejandro Díaz (better known as 'Wolf'), manages Velovita’s global engineering team which
involves the control and management of internal departments such as Web & Mobile Development,
Quality Assurance, and Servers Administration, among others.
With more than 10 years of field experience, Wolf oversees all development with his team of engineers.
This involves innovative, robust, and secure technological solutions for the company, allowing all
associates to work quickly, easily, and efficiently.
Wolf carved an entrepreneurial path early on thanks to his perseverance and determination. From a
very young age, he showed qualities that contributed to a promising and exciting future.
At the age of 14, Wolf founded his first company and thanks to his vision and the help of his friends,
he managed to open his first office. In that moment he learned how far he could go by giving the best of
himself and being surrounded by extraordinary people with a similar goal to elevate and enrich
the lives of others.
One of his goals has always been to combine his love for business with another of his passions,
software development. At Velovita, thanks to the mentorship of Kosta Gara,
as well as the support of a great team of first-class engineers, he has been able to fulfill that dream.
Ricardo Landeros is a seasoned IT leader and project manager with over 13 years of experience driving
digital transformation and managing cross-functional teams. Currently serving as the Chief Information
Officer (CIO), Ricardo specializes in aligning technology strategies with business objectives to deliver
innovation and measurable success.
A graduate of Tecnológico de Monterrey, Ricardo combines academic excellence with practical expertise.
Throughout his career, he has led initiatives in cloud optimization, process automation,
and data-driven decision-making, always with a focus on efficiency and impact.
As a CIO, Ricardo is dedicated to fostering collaboration, mentoring high-performing teams,
and building innovative solutions that address complex challenges. His ability to bridge the gap
between technology and business has been a cornerstone of his leadership approach.
Outside of work, Ricardo explores emerging technologies, consults on strategic initiatives,
and pursues his passion for the culinary arts as a certified professional chef.
Jennifer Luce began her journey in the MLM industry almost two decades ago,
having most recently worked at Jeunesse since it was founded over 14 years ago.
As a problem solver with excellent interpersonal relationship-building skills,
Jennifer has proven leadership abilities to foster and create a culture where employees
enjoy coming to work.
With an extensive background in Corporate Operations and Global
Human Resources, Jennifer is an expert in expanding employee growth, fostering strategic partnerships,
and delivering exceptional work performance in business operations.
Jennifer’s diversified experience
in all aspects of business operations has allowed her to successfully lead teams to achieve awards
such as DSN’s Best Places to Work for five years and Top Places to Work for the Orlando Sentinel for
two consecutive years! As a dedicated community member, Jennifer serves as the Managing Editor
for MySanford and MyDeltona Magazines. Jennifer earned her MBA at the University of Phoenix.
During this time, she served as the Secretary of the SHRM’s Orlando Chapter and was also a
member of Delta Mu Delta. She believes education is extremely valuable and obtained her
CFAA-HR credential in 2022. Most recently,
Jennifer was nominated for the SheRise 2024 - Women In Leadership award,
which honors the top 1% of Exemplary Women Leaders who have demonstrated outstanding leadership,
innovation, and impact within their industry. Being a mom is Jennifer’s favorite part about life and
even though she’s always had a strong work ethic and been an overachiever, she is not shy about
her “purpose” or biggest “why.” There is always a special twinkle in her eye when she talks
about him. Jennifer insists her greatest achievement is her 18-year-old son, Austin.

Fernando Morales is a Certified Public Account (CPA) licensed in the state of Florida with nearly
20 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance profession. He started his career in the audit
practice with PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC) and has worked in accounting and finance functions
helping mid-sized to Fortune 500 companies build teams that produce financial reporting documents
for data driven business decisions.
Fernando is an expert in audit and financial reporting which includes monthly reporting, budgeting and
forecasting. He has a passion for developing talent in accounting and finance teams to help business
eaders make decisions that will impact the business growth through focused revenue growth and expense
management that increase the bottom line.
Robert Oblon is a successful visionary in the direct sales industry who began his career in 2002
with the first online web-building product for individuals. Throughout the years, Robert has had a
strong track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive companies forward.
In 2005, he co-founded his first company in network marketing, called WorldVentures, which was primarily
launched based on his travel meta-search engine. WorldVentures became the largest travel company in Direct
Sales history, much of which was based on its original DNA and concepts, like the now world-famous
“You Should Be Here.”
He later shifted from the travel industry to focus on wellness products, inspiring others to prioritize
their health and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. In 2016, he introduced the first nootropic coffee
in the Direct Selling industry, and by 2018, his company, Elepreneurs, was recognized as the fastest-growing

In 2022, he rebranded a newly acquired DNA based supplement company into his existing gut health business

Now, as the Chief Marketing Officer of Velovita, Robert’s strategic alliance with its Founder,
Kosta Gara, has come together to turn their collective visions into a reality and become the legacy
company that the network marketing world is looking for.
Amber L. Ruocco serves as Velovita’s in-house counsel to appraise the company of legal developments
and provides strategic legal solutions for the company. Amber is responsible for managing the legal
affairs of the company, including contract disputes, overseeing complex commercial litigation,
internal investigation, legal compliance and risk management.
Amber is from Southfield, Michigan and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Western
Michigan University, where she received honors and was named the Criminal Justice Scholar of the 2021
graduating class. Amber Ruocco attended Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University,
where she earned her juris doctor in 2016. At Nova, Amber was enrolled in legal drafting course,
and received the highest grade in that course. Amber is barred in both Florida State Court and also,
in the Federal Southern District of Florida. Amber has a vast array of experience in healthcare law,
workers, compensation, employment law, complex litigation, collections, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Velovita as in house counsel. Amber was responsible for overseeing litigation,
and managing the day to day operations of her prior firm’s healthcare litigation practice.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Dan boasts extensive expertise in logistics, warehouse management,
and production oversight. He emerged as a key player during the nascent stages of the e-commerce and
internet revolution, contributing significantly to the development of pioneering procedures to manage
the exponential growth in shipping demands.
Dan's professional journey commenced as a quality control manager at an electronics company,
where he rapidly ascended to the role of plant manager, showcasing his adeptness in overseeing complex
production processes. His strategic insights and hands-on experience have been instrumental in optimizing
operational efficiency.
Dan pursued an engineering major at the University of Florida, laying a solid foundation for his career in
logistics and management. His educational background reflects his commitment to understanding the technical
intricacies that underpin his role in the industry.
Aizury leads Velovita’s Marketing Department, including our Content, Design, Social Media and Video teams.
Aizury oversees all marketing, communication, brand, and social media strategies. She and her team work
together to create new content and messages that reflect our brand values and the essence of Velovita.
Aizury’s experience as a brand strategist, marketer, and communicator provides her the ability to comprehend
and analyze customer needs, wants, and behaviors from a strategic point of view. She has successfully helped
several SMEs with the development of their brand identity, core values, implementation of digital strategies,
and overall marketing needs to establish their presence in the market.
She understands the importance and power that teamwork and a shared mindset have in achieving goals.
Aizury firmly believes in creating a supportive space with leadership that energizes, orientates, and engages
its members. Through her management style, Aizury consistently establishes a common goal to effectively

San Carlos of Guatemala and has a distinguished academic foundation, having earned a highly competitive
scholarship to one of Guatemala’s most prestigious Advanced Baccalaureate Programs and placing among the
Top 10 nationally in the Eleventh Interuniversity Science and Technology Olympiad in Mathematics.
She also holds advanced academic training in Project Management at the master’s level, strengthening her strategic
and execution-driven leadership style.
Joining Velovita® in 2022 as a Junior Full-stack Engineer, she quickly elevated in her career,
assuming increased responsibilities.
Known for her strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and detail-oriented execution,
she plays a key leadership role in the technology migration for the Company’s various acquisitions.

Patrick Oliveras oversees the long-term architecture, reliability, and development of Velovita's core technology platforms.
He manages the engineering strategy for the company's platforms and field tools, ensuring the systems are secure, scalable,
and aligned with Velovita's global growth and vision.
With deep experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and high-volume transactional systems,
Patrick specialises in building platforms that are resilient, performant, and maintainable as they scale.
He has successfully led large-scale migrations, modernised legacy systems, and delivered complex, cross-platform integrations.
Patrick believes great engineering is judged not just by overall performance today, but by how well it endures and adapts over time.
He champions strong engineering practices, intentional architecture, and automation that reduces operational risk and accelerates delivery.
Partnering closely with our Technology, Logistics, and Operations departments, he turns Velovita's long-range objectives into a clear,
actionable technical roadmap that enables innovation at a large scale.
Graduating as a High Honors Student and Ranking Second in his Department from Middle East Technical
University (METU)—which was ranked 85th globally in the 2014 Times Higher Education rankings and recognized
as Turkey's top university, being the only Turkish institution to enter the top 100.
He embarked on a dynamic career, holding significant roles across various sectors, including banking and insurance.
Notably, between the ages of 27 and 32, he served as Assistant General Manager in three different insurance
companies, playing a pioneering role in establishing Turkey's first life insurance company at just 27 years old.
He then transitioned to the family business, a TV production company, where he served as Vice President,
producing hundreds of TV programs in Turkey and being the first to bring formats like "Survivor" and
"Big Brother" to Turkish television.
He was also the pioneer of TV shopping in Turkey, a concept non-existent before 1999, and served as the General
Manager of "Showpa," one of Turkey's largest marketing companies. In 2008, he founded his own network marketing

Franklin Alvarez del Pino is a highly skilled leader with a talent for managing company operations
and 21 years of proven experience helping companies achieve their goals. As Director of Operations,
he is an expert in driving operational excellence, collaborating with teams, and implementing
strategic solutions to enhance business operations on a day-to-day basis. He is known for his
strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
Franklin’s professional journey started at McGill University in Montreal, where he pursued Interior Design,
laying the groundwork for his project development and design thinking career. His love for project
management grew as he gathered insights from different industries and applied strategic solutions to

Kenia Reynaga leads Velovita's Customer Service team, drawing on her 12 years of expertise to provide
top-notch assistance and help Members achieve their full potential. She oversees day-to-day activities
in research methods and design, analytics planning, and strategy implementation to enhance the Customer
experience.
She is committed to inspiring high standards in leadership by empowering employees to reach their full
potential both personally and professionally, and by nurturing talent with care and respect. Kenia believes

Her background in managing pharmaceutical warehouses has honed her exceptional focus on accuracy,

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Linda relocated to the United States in 1983 and proudly became a U.S.
citizen in 1998.
With over 25 years of experience, Susan understands the needs of everyone impacted by Supply Chain.
She started her career with Siemens and worked with multiple departments, including Procurement,
Logistics, and Project Management, helping them transition to more streamlined workflow processes
that impacted their abilities to complete projects on time.
Susan came to Jeunesse in 2018 working in Procurement and quickly learned how different the MLM industry
was from the hardware/technology industry of Siemens. She was able to adapt and work with manufacturers
and vendors to manage lead times and production dates to successfully ensure product availability worldwide.
While working in Procurement, she was asked to step in and help with the warehouse and shipping changes
needed to continue to deliver in China. Susan was instrumental in working through the needs of the warehouses
and customs, ensuring inventory was being received, while also managing the deliveries to members and
leaders in a timely manner.

Shigeki started with Monavie in 2009 and then started with the Jeunesse team in 2015, bringing his
unique background and dedication to excellence to every role he has undertaken. Shigeki believes
in commitment and passion, as well as making significant contributions to the community.
Born and raised in the vibrant city of Tokyo, Shigeki's roots have deeply influenced his approach to
branding and leadership. His academic background from Seijo University, with a degree in Mass Communications,
has equipped him with valuable insights into psychology, sociology, and communication theory, enhancing his
ability to forge strong relationships with our Distributors. With rich experience spanning from his early
days in Monavie’s Customer Service to his dynamic career at Jeunesse, Shigeki has continually demonstrated
his expertise and dedication. His former career as a professional dancer, performing in live shows and
musicals, has also enriched his event planning skills, making our incentive trip events truly memorable.
As Shigeki steps into his role, he envisions continued growth and success for the Japan market. His goal

Kelsy Ng, a seasoned chartered accountant with over two decades of leadership experience,
seamlessly blends professionalism with approachability. Celebrated for her practical yet
compassionate leadership style, Kelsy has earned a reputation for inspiring teams to excel
while nurturing a positive and collaborative work environment. Her journey with the company began in 2022,
fueled by her passion for and confidence in the transformative impact of its products. Kelsy is committed
to driving the Singapore team to new heights, guided by founder Kosta’s vision, as she leads the company

Mr. Vincent Yiu graduated Electrical Engineering of Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada in 1983 and
started his career. He started his own business from 1987 to 1994, established computer companies
in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China.
He setup his own branch office in 5 cities and computer dealerships
in more than 20 provinces to sell his own brand computers. He worked in international market sales and
training from 1994 to 1999, including Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines,
Thailand, Canada and the United States. He focused on corporate training, team and sales training for
Hong Kong and China listed companies from 2000 to 2002. He assisted Bank Consortium Trust (MPF)
which hired over 250 employees, established a training department in Hong Kong.

Mark Kwieckinski, M.S.c. is a trusted expert on all Velovita® products. With more than fifteen years of experience
reviewing and analyzing nutritional supplements and medical devices in over ten countries, Mark has real-world experience
in determining what products promote health and enhance people’s lives.
Mark immigrated from Poland at the age of 4 during the Cold War and grew up in the small town of Hamilton, Ontario.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Physicsq and is also professionally accredited as a Biomedical Engineer. Mark
is passionate about bridging the theoretical world of government with the real world of business.
Mark developed an interest in alternative health at the age of 15 when he experienced a 6-month period of suffering
from multiple seizures per day. Conventional medicine was unable to control his condition. It was only through a
combination of alternative and traditional medicines that his health returned to normal. Since then, he has dedicated
